Product DescriptionIt went through partial malolactic fermentation. It spent six months in neutral oak (30%) and stainless steel (70%). It begins with subtle oak influence, slight butter, tropical fruits, and a hint of vanilla. Pairs nicely with fish, shell fish, cheeses, creamy sauces, and another bottle of Otter Cove wine.
